Back-up and Restore Microsoft Outlook Files Direct from Its Directory


This method will allow you to copy, back-up and restore your Microsoft Outlook Files direct from its file directory. this is not requires to open your MicrosoftOutlook application. This method can be used in your computer that having an hard disk boot failure and other hard disk drives problems.

Back-up Outlook Data files Direct from Its directory

1. For Windows XP Operating System browse to the Following Folder:
2. Navigate to the folder destination, C:\Document and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
3. Copy all the files especially the Outlook.pst
4. Save to the drive to Folder where you want to save the back-up data
Note:  Username is the main user or the Profile user name that these e-mails was installed and configured. Local Settings and Application data folders are usually a hidden folder so I suggest you to manually type the folder name in the Navigation Bar, or you can enable hidden files options in the tools menu > folder options of your windows explorer, see how to show hidden files and folder post.

For Windows Vista and Windows 7 Operating systems Navigate to folder:

1. C:\Users\Wilmer\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
2. Copy all the files especially the Outlook.pst
3. Save to the drive to Folder where you want to save the back-up data



Restore the Personal Folder Files (pst) manually direct to the file directory in another Computer

Reminders:
When you paste the files of Microsoft Outlook Data Files in another computer it will overwrite the existing files of Microsoft Outlook in your computer which means that existing e-mails and other Microsoft Outlook Files will be lost.

1. Navigate to folder, C:\Document and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application
2. Browse your back-up data of your Microsoft Outlook
3. Copy the files including the Outlook.pst file
4. Browse the folder where you paste the files the Microsoft Outlook (.pst)
5. For Windows XP, C:\Document and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application\Microsoft Outlook
For Windows Vista and Windows 7 Operating system, C:\Users\Wilmer\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
6. Paste the back-up files in the new folder destination. It will overwrite the old Microsoft Outlook files

You may use repairing outlook as viewer, opener, recoverer outlook data. The program recovers various outlook items - journals, notes, attachments... It starts under Win 98 and higher. Software is compatible with any software configurations.
