Sulit.com.ph Re-brands to OLX.ph

Sulit.com.ph is now OLX.ph. In statement posted by RJ David he officially announced that Sulit re-brands to its new name OLX Philippines and their new home URL is OLX.ph. He also added that this re-branding affects some of the features and site interface including new brand colors. They also improved some features on Android and iOS apps. As we all know that last year, 2013 Sulit.com.ph was become a worldwide member of OLX network, which is a worldwide network of ads posting sites. This is the part of  statement posted by RJ David on OLX.ph website forum. " We can now officially confirm that we are changing our brand name to OLX Philippines and our new home URL is OLX.ph.  The objective of changing our name to OLX is to get the attention of every Filipino that now’s the time to make some changes of their own and join the millions of people around the globe like in India, Brazil, and Portugal, who have already used OLX to sell their things.  The name change to OLX aims to inspire Filipinos to re-think what they know about Sulit, and to re-think what they have to sell online. The name OLX originally came as an abbreviation of the phrase ‘online exchange’.  The name change represents our commitment to change how Filipinos perceive online selling. On OLX.ph, you don’t have to be a merchant or an entrepreneur to be able to sell because OLX.ph is for everyone. OLX.ph is the place where selling is free, fast, and easy. We believe that every Filipino has an untapped wealth. Yes, yaman! Yes to giving more value to your unused personal items!  We have a habit of keeping things in our houses that eventually just gather dust and take up so much space. We want to enable Filipinos to turn that used stuff into real value, real wealth. Yes, yaman!" He also added that,  "Our interface will have a few adjustments as it will now display our new brand colors.
