- Usename - stands for the main user of the computer user account that uses the Microsoft Outlook, for example "Admin" or "Student"
- These folders are usually a hidden folders so you will need to set your folders to Show hidden files
4. Click start to begin diagnose the Microsoft Outlook files and look for errors.
5. Click OK
6. Wait until it will finished scanning.
7. You will now see the damage folders for recovery.
